PROGRAMS OF STUDY

The Psychology Department offers its undergraduates many opportunities for study and experience both on and off campus. These include a wide range of courses, several specialized programs, study beyond the UMass campus, and social and academic organizations.   • The Psychology Majors RAP is fully described at the University's Residential Academic Programs (RAP) site (link above).  Briefly, this program allows a small group of incoming psychology majors to live together in a residential community and to learn together by taking a seminar introducing them to the major and its opportunities. 
• The Advancing Diversity in Research and Practice Program (ADRAP; formerly "RAMP")
  • The Advancing Diversity in Research and Practice (ADRAP) program’s mission is to promote diversity in the field of psychology by increasing the diversity of the next generation of researchers and practitioners in psychology, and by fostering interest in research and practice with diverse populations.  Click on title above for more information.
