Or visit the Department of Psychology Policies and Procedures for Appointment and Reappointment Guidelines Important Update - GEO Graduate Curriculum Fee Waiver Rates Effective July 1, 2012, the curriculum fee raets for all GEO appointment charged back to grants and gifts will increase by 5%. The effective rates are determined by competivite proposal date, as follows:
Curriculum Fee Waiver Charges will be assessed for the following gradaute appointment types: Research Assistant (RA); Project Assistant (PA); Teaching Appointments (TA adn TO); Interns (IN); Working Fellows (FU)-NB, non-working fellows and non-working trainees are excluded from the waiver charge back. The rate is calculated from actual 2012 participation data and FY 2013 graduate curriculum fees The rate is assessed for GEO members paid during the pay periods from August 28, 2011 through May 18, 2012. The wavier charges are not submect to indirect cost charges, and are not applicable to appointments on department and P.I. RTF accounts.

Please remember we will need funding information including: Account number, Amount to be paid, start and end dates of appointment, and the student's Campus I.D number. Undergraduate ProgramPlease complete and submit a form at the right to request undergraduate teaching assistants or research assistants. Assistantship contractsFor undergrad students to receive credit for their TA or RA, they must complete and submit a TA or RA contract to the undergraduate secretary at least 2 working days before the end of the add/drop period in which they will be doing the work. Contracts are available in the psych advising center (Tobin 501) or online on the undergrad TA/RA pages. |
